Shifting Your Internal State: From External Seeking to Inner Creation

This guided practice is designed to help you experience a profound shift from seeking success externally to creating it from within. Through this meditation, you'll begin to recognize the illusion of external success and access the internal state from which true fulfillment and achievement naturally flow. This practice forms the foundation of your transformation from a zigzag entrepreneur to a straight line entrepreneur.

Step 0: Induction - Entering the Creative State (5 min)

Begin by sitting comfortably with your spine straight but not rigid. Place your feet flat on the floor, and rest your hands on your thighs or in your lap. Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose... hold it for a moment... and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension.

Continue moving your awareness up through your thighs, hips, and lower back. If you notice any tension, simply allow it to soften with each breath.

Notice your shoulders, arms, and hands. Allow them to become heavy and relaxed.
